After registering the event, you can select thetype of activity from the activity list in the app. For details, see

Alarms can be set on the activity tracker using the app. When the set time is reached, the activity tracker vibrates and the LED lights to alert you.

There is no need to manually switch betweenactivity mode and sleep mode. The activity tracker uses your movements to tellif you are sleeping or awake and automatically switches between activity modeand sleep mode.

You can register events by tapping the activitytracker. You can choose an activity from the activity list in the app.

You can keep a record of what you have eaten bytapping the register icon in the app to register photos you have taken, andwrite notes about the calorie content etc. of the food you have eaten. Fordetails, see

There are several possible causes.

?EAre you pressing the push-button properly?

The button is separate from the LED display. Press and hold the button (for 2 seconds or longer) and see if the power turns on.

If this does notwork...

Remove the activity tracker from the wristband, and try pressing the button again.

?EIs the activity tracker charged?

Fully charge the activity tracker, and then press and hold the push-button on the activity tracker again (for 2 seconds or longer) to check if it turns on.

If the activity tracker will not charge (the charging lamp does not light up), clean the charging terminal with a cotton bud or similar, and try charging it again.
